Sylvester Eijffinger awarded the CEPR/ESI 2009 Prize for the Best Central Bank Research Paper to Lucia Alessi (left) of the European Central Bank, for the paper 'Real Time' Early Warning Indicators for Costly Asset Price Boom/Bust Cycles: A Role for Global Liquidity, co-authored by Carsten Detken.
Lucia Alessi received the certificate during the CEPR/ESI 13th Annual Conference in Venice on Financial Supervision in an Uncertain World.
